Step onto your mat with me for 30 days of April to practice Ashtanga in an accessible and inclusive way.
Each day there will be a bitesize practice to participate in that stems from the full Ashtanga 8 Limb practice.
Some days we will only be practicing the Sun Salutations, the next day just the standing postures of the sequence, another day mastering the art of Ujjayi Breathing, and another learning the Ashtanga Chants. This will continue with lots more variations throughout the month.
Each day a manageable and feel good chunk of Yoga.
I wanted to bring the simple benefits of the Ashtanga Yoga back to life.
